Our client is one of the market leaders when it comes to the Smarter Energy Revolution, they have a specific need to motivated Contact Centre Agents to join their growing team in the Bolton area. This role offers both office based and Hybrid opportunities. You will be working on a blended outbound dialer to contact customers to have quality conversations and effectively handling any customer objections, in order to secure bookings. You will also be taking inbound calls in order to answer queries from our clients customers and secure additional bookings.
